Lostine Tavern is Home to Z's BBQ, located in Lostine, Oregon. We offer a unique twist on Texas-style BBQ in beautiful NE Oregon. We are passionate about creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Our journey began in 2021 with our beloved BBQ bus food truck and we have since expanded from food truck to full on premises in our new home  a 120 year old historic Bowlby Stone building. We take pride in serving fresh, hearty and delicious dishes that will leave you craving for more.
